The Ontario Speed Skating Oval (OSSO) is a non-profit organization mandated to build Ontario’s first 400 m temperature controlled, outdoor speed skating oval with an adjacent multi-purpose community use building. The Oval will be the provincial home of speed skating and house the offices of the Ontario Speed Skating Association (OSSA). Speed Skating Canada has designated the Oval as a Regional Training and Development Centre for its programming. As the Regional Training Centre for Ontario and Eastern Canada, the Oval will help Canada reach it’s goals for Vancouver 2010.
